All of us anglers love a good colored up stick of Butter. The beautiful Salmo Trutta is originally from Europe. They take on all different shapes and colors depending on where these pretty little creatures live. This knife is an ode to these amazing fish. 
This Knife features D2 steel hardened to 60 Rockwell. We used handmade resin scales and a beautiful custom mosaic to give this representation true uniqueness. The knife boasts uniqueness with hand filed spine with a deep stonewash finish. The blade features artwork from our favorite artist, The one and only Trevor Hawkins from Australia. This full tang construction gives you the ultimate in strength and durability. The tail of the tang is exposed and can be used to break glass. The handle pins are stainless steel. The handle features comfortable jimping at the top and bottom of the handle where it meets the blade. The handle consists of handmade honey comb resin scales and vintage micarta liners in orange and natural (brownish red). The blade offers additional comfort with a finger choil which can also be used to aid in sharpening. The spine of knife offers a swedge for more precision in tip use. The knife also comes with a beautiful custom made lanyard with micarta pressed in between 2 pieces of resin. 
The Sheath is genuine leather and has yellow Nylon stitching. The sheath also features an air hole at the grommet that will allow water to pass through the sheath. We like to attach our pliers and lanyard to the same grommet hole.
These knives are entirely handmade. You will find some variation from Knife to Knife.
