Introducing The Blackmouth Medium Flex Fillet knife. Like the smaller immature "Blackmouth" Chinook Salmon that roam the shorelines of the Pacific Ocean in the Spring Months, this knife embodies many of the same Characteristics. Its beautiful blue, gray and silver handle look very similar to these beautiful bitey chinook caught mostly while trolling or jigging the Ocean or Great Lakes. It has beautiful Blue Dunn Micarta liners to tie the 3 main colors together featured in the resin. This is our medium sized fillet  knife measuring a total of 11" with a 6" Blade (5.5" cutting edge). This knife will be the perfect tool for filleting small to medium sized fish and can even be used for butchering deer or other game. They come with a beautiful hand crafted leather sheath featuring artwork from Native Trout artists which is a unique Aztek vibe to the pattern. You could also end up with a matching sheath that features a picture taken of a chrome Ontario Chinook. These blades come with a beautiful matching bead and lanyard you can use to hand the knife or help get a better grip while pulling it out of the sheath.
